How to top-up
Text the word SIMPLY to 65656 to receive a £10 talk-credit
Text the word SIMPLY to 81616 to receive a £5 talk-credit
Alternatively, dial 037 0041 4404 and Press 3 to receive £10 credit to make International calls & texts or Press 1 to receive £5 credit to make International calls & texts.
Top-up £10 & receive extra £1 for FREE (i.e. 10% extra credit)
(Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers, starting with 01 or 02, and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances).
You will receive a confirmation SMS after we successfully charge your mobile.

Dial 037 0041 4404 & then the International number (e.g. 001xxxxxxx) followed by # key (do NOT press 'call' or 'send' after the International number)

Terms & Conditions
- Ask the bill payer's permission before using the service.
- Text to 81616 will cost you £5.00 plus your standard mobile network rates and will be charged by your mobile service provider. Text to 65656 will cost you £10.00 plus your standard mobile network rates and will be charged by your mobile service provider.
- Calls billed per minute, include VAT & apply from the moment of connection. Connection fee varies between 0p & 25p depending on the destination.
- You might be charged by your operator for the call to an access number even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. SimplyText2Talk will only charge you when your call to the destination number is connected. Please replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
- Calls to 03 access numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
- Credit expires 90 days from the last top-up. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Evening & Weekends - 6pm to 8am Mon to Fri, Sat & Sun. Daytime - 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri.
