Well... what a roller-coaster 48+ hours.
You’d think that most business folk would remember that it’s an Easter Bank Holiday weekend, it is Passover tomorrow night till 7th April, and that tel. systems may need sorting; ivr responses may require tweaking; appointments booking; new lines & broadband ordered and Hosted VoIP set-ups completed.
But nope - as ever, the last 48+ hours have been manic, and the last 24 hours have been exhilarating.
Thankfully now at 5.25pm we are just about there: clients very happy indeed, suppliers organised, agents’ orders processed, and Norman’s a happy bunny.
Well done and many, many thanks again to our amazing staff: Customer Service folk at Front Desk; brilliant techies at Ops Dept and all at Sales
