Brand Loyalty...
What creates (your) 'client loyalty'?
There's no doubt that loyal clients often become colleagues, are the highest spenders, the best payers and the ones least likely to be swayed solely by price - if they ever even request a price review. But what creates that 'loyalty'?
I always swipe my Tesco Clubcard but in all honesty, I only use/like it because Tesco is local to me and is an easy option. If Sainsbury’s or another were closer, my loyalty would be shared...
Any thoughts?
