Whenever you considering moving or expanding office we recommend you allow a few weeks to be able to organise changes well in advance.

Typically, there is a fortnight lead time for an PSTN line install or move & up to six weeks lead time for installation of ISDN2 lines. An ISDN2 line will allow two concurrent calls (2 x channels) at any one time.

It is most important to understand your requirements before placing any orders to ensure that the project runs smoothly as possible & even when moving to a building located in the same area, there may be a possibility that you will be unable to keep your phone number because of different BT exchanges.
If your number cannot be retained, SimplyFone have solutions that would support number retention.
