Warming End to a Busy Day...

Really busy day today, thankfully - meeting after meeting, sorting and organising...

Now just finished working through the last of my tasks and remaining clients to call back where possible.

The last (residential) client called just now said to me, "You must be the only telecom company that not only has a 'real' 24/7 service, but actually return calls to sort problems at 8.00pm on a Wednesday night - well done!"

Gotta say that felt good to hear!

That's it, I'm done!
